Rapid Tooling

Machining aluminum or soft‑steel molds for low‑volume injection runs that mirror production tooling and speed design validation.

3D Printing-SLA/SLS/SLM

Layer‑based additive processes: SLA cures resin for fine detail, SLS fuses polymer powder for complex geometry, and SLM melts metal powder for dense metal parts.

CNC

Computer‑controlled cutting tools remove material from metal or plastic workpieces to achieve precise dimensions and smooth surface finishes.

Vacuum Casting

Drawing liquid urethane into a silicone mold under vacuum to produce small batches of plastic parts with uniform mechanical properties and surface texture.
